SEIM Report
Many impact reports consist of only a single long report with detailed tables, graphs, and highly technical explanations of methodology. The better ones include a well-designed executive summary. The SEIM, however, includes multiple deliverables: not only a full, detailed report but also a robust "media pack" of that includes a separate Executive Summary document, a Fact Sheet, a Broad/Narrow Tax Investment Analysis, and four new one-page "quick reports" that summarize the results of the study in terms suitable for different audiences: local business people, the general public, current and prospective students, and concerned taxpayers.
