The goal of the challenge is to find the most effective online job search and career advancement services available on the marketplace.

The challenge is currently in Phase 2, where folks can test-drive the tools and recommend the ones they like. You can vote and comment on Job Finder here.

Results of the challenge are set to be announced in February.
