EMSI understands that our clients are engaged in important projects, planning processes, grant applications, and other very time-sensitive tasks. This is why each Strategic Advantage license is supported by our friendly, knowledgeable, and highly responsive Customer Solutions staff, which works full time to make sure our clients are getting the most out of the tools. Few products can boast this level of customer care.

EMSI's Customer Solutions Department day to day activities include:

• Answering questions about the data
• Explaining and demonstrating tool functionality
• Training clients on how to use the tools (both initially and as the need arises)
• Helping with projects
• Ensuring that your staff is using the tool effectively

In addition, if you ever have any problems with the tools you only need to give them a call and they will make sure we take care of it.
