Earlier this month we looked at job trends for 2010 using EMSI data and various media sources. Well, here’s another — a ranking of the best to worst jobs in U.S. for the year. The top three on the list are actuary, software engineer, and computer systems analyst while the bottom three are ironworker, lumberjack, and roustabout.
This ranking, done by careercast.com, weighs income, employment outlook, environment, stress, and physical demands. That’s why you see more dangerous and blue-collar occupations toward the bottom of the list.
