EMSI just announced that job posting analytics data will be added to Analyst in July 2014. Over the next month, the EMSI blog will feature analysis based on that data, as well as more pieces investigating the theory behind the data (you can read the first post, on measuring demand, here). But we’re also planning to present job posting data — and officially introduce Analyst’s new interface — in a pair of free webinars.
The first webinar, Job Posting Data, is scheduled for June 24 at 11 a.m. PDT / 2 p.m. EDT. Matt Gaither and Rob Sentz will present on the fundamentals of EMSI’s job posting data, discussing how we’ve evaluated the data, the ins and outs of measuring demand and deduplicating job postings, and how we’ve developed and integrated churn data, among other things. They will also cover how job posting data integrates with EMSI’s historic labor market information to provide a full picture of regional economies.
The second webinar, New Analyst Interface & Job Posting Analytics Report, is scheduled for July 10 at 11 a.m. PDT / 2 p.m. EDT. Here we will present the much-anticipated, refreshed, and improved interface we’ve designed for Analyst. We will look at the different parts of Analyst’s job posting analytics report and walk through the rest of the new interface. EMSI CEO Andrew Crapuchettes, along with Chris Aberle, will discuss the reasoning behind the redesign, as well as why we’ve included what we have and how the different data in the job posting analytics report should be understood.
These webinars offer an exciting chance to get the first look at a new and important player in EMSI’s range of data-based tools, and to preview Analyst’s new and improved interface. While registration is free, space is limited, so sign up soon. Register for the first webinar here and the second here. If you have any questions, contact Fraser Martens.
