EMSI is pleased to announce an enhanced occupation page in Career Coach, EMSI’s online career pathway tool that connects a college or university’s programs with compelling regional careers. The updates vary slightly from US to UK to Canadian versions of the tool. For UK Career Coach, be on the lookout for updates on the UK EMSI blog. For US and Canada Career Coach, read more below.
The most exciting new feature is a “request information” button which visitors can click to submit their name and contact information, giving institutions a better way to track leads on their website.
Both US and Canada Career Coach occupation pages now tell a more compelling story for each occupation so that visitors instantly have a good idea of what the job requires and whether it appeals to them. The single-column page with slick new visuals is also easier to read.
For Canada, a new section, “Who are the employers?”, makes up for the lack of job posting analytics by using inverse staffing patterns of the top industries for employment in the chosen occupation.
The new occupation page will go live at the end of July with a limited number of clients. As of yet, it is not yet automatically turned on for Career Coach customers. To gain access now, please submit your request to Char Scheibe (below).
