Thriving regions often have an ecosystem of higher education institutions, economic and workforce development agencies, and businesses working together for the good of their communities. We’ve seen many of these ecosystems up close, and we count it as a privilege to provide workforce and economic insights to each of the players involved.
One thing we’ve realized is that even though these institutions and organizations often collaborate, they have different needs and challenges.
In an effort to serve each of these types of organizations better, we’ve created customer service teams focused on higher education, economic and workforce development, and private-sector talent acquisition professionals.
What does this change mean for our clients? Each team is structured in a way that allows them to dive as deeply as possible into the market to better bless our customers.
We’ll soon unveil specialized trainings that walk through how our labor market data helps address challenges specific to higher ed, economic and workforce development, and talent acquisition. In addition, our goal is to more efficiently deliver best practices and workflows to clients and report feature requests to our product development team.
