Emsi Burning Glass Announces Addition of New Chief Finance Officer and Chief People Officer

Today, Emsi Burning Glass announced two more high-level additions to their C-Suite: Eric Chan has joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer and Heather Gagon will be joining as the Chief People Officer. In early April, the company also announced the addition of CEO Chris Kibarian.

Eric Chan previously served as CFO of Alation, Inc., a data catalog company located in the greater Silicon Valley region. He brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling leading SaaS and other software companies through different stages of growth from global expansion to public company readiness. Mr. Chan’s strategic finance experience will help advance Emsi Burning Glass forward in the next chapter of significant growth and opportunity. 

Heather Gagon previously served as the CPO for Utah based software company Entrata. She is a proven leader with 15 years experience in organizing people and scaling organizations from high-growth startups to well-established national and global operations. Ms. Gagon has also developed a reputation for quickly earning the confidence of key stakeholders through establishing a positive, growth-minded working culture.
